Megan (she/her) believes that healing begins in a safe and comfortable space where people feel seen, heard, and supported. Her approach to therapy centers on the idea that we are all uniquely shaped by our experiences, stories, and environment. With curiosity, compassion, and collaboration, meaningful change is possible.
One of the most meaningful experiences in Megan's professional journey has been volunteering with Pilgrims Hospice Society, where she had the privilege of facilitating grief support groups. This work has profoundly shaped Megan's understanding of the human spirit—witnessing firsthand how compassion, love, and resilience emerge even in the face of deep loss and hardship. It has shown her the incredible strength people carry as they navigate adversity and find their way toward healing. Megan holds a Bachelor of Science degree from MacEwan University, with a major in Psychology and a minor in Molecular Biology, and is currently completing her Master of Counselling degree at City University of Seattle. Megan's favourite quote is “There is a crack in everything, that's how the light gets in” - Leonard Cohen
