More About Pamela

Throughout Pamela’s career, she has always worked to advance and assist individuals. She previously worked in the inner city with marginalized populations to provide stabilization, advocacy, and healing. This position provided Pamela with strong skills to work with diverse populations. Pamela completed her Master of Education in Counselling Psychology through the University of Alberta. She has additional training and supervision in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Dialectical Behaviour Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy, Trauma-based counselling, the Gottman Method, Clinical Hypnosis, and Somatic-based therapies. She works with an emphasis on the physiology of trauma as well as clients’ strengths, which has shown to be tremendously effective. Pamela provides individual and couples counselling for adults.
