What is a Mental Health Assessment?

A mental health assessment uses questionnaires and interview questions to look at your emotional, psychological, and behavioural well-being. It also explores how you handle stress and relate to others. Your psychologist gathers information about your functioning throughout your life and up until today. This assessment will increase your understanding of your mental health and give you strategies to improve your emotional, social, or psychological well-being.

Unlock the benefits of our Mental Health Assessments:

  • Find more about your specific mental strengths and struggles.
  • Get advice and recommendations specific to you from our experts.
  • Understand what is going on, whether you are a child, teen, or adult.
