Mindful Moments Podcast

Take a moment to find your center and reconnect with yourself through guided mindfulness audio practices.

LISTEN NOW

Kells Psychology presents Mindful Moments with Registered Psychologist Pamela Hillaby.

Mindful Moments offers free guided mindfulness and meditation practices designed to help you reset, regulate, and restore balance in your daily life. Whether you have 90 seconds or 10 minutes, these sessions meet you where you are.

Led by Registered Psychologist Pamela Hillaby, each episode provides a gentle invitation to step away from the noise and return to yourself one breath at a time.

Mindfulness is often a valuable component of mental health treatment; however, it is not a substitute for evidence-based therapeutic or medical interventions. If you have a history of trauma, PTSD, or severe anxiety, please consult with a trauma-trained therapist to determine the most appropriate mindfulness practices for you.

Safety Notice: These guided practices may alter your state of consciousness. Never listen while driving, operating heavy equipment or machinery, or during any activity requiring your full awareness. To get started, find a safe, comfortable space where you can fully relax.
