Additional Information
Section B Billing
For motor vehicle accident claims, private health benefits must be exhausted before Section B coverage can be accessed. After exhausting your health benefit spending, any portion not paid by your health benefit plan will be billed to your auto insurance.
Insurance & Benefit Coverage
Many of our services may be covered by your extended health benefits. We recommend checking with your insurance provider to understand your coverage. Kells offers direct billing to third-party funders.
No Benefits? You Can Still Access Care!
Even if you currently have no personal health benefits, you can still utilize your Section B coverage. If you have any questions, please reach out to us as we can assist you.
Section B Cancellation/Missed Appointment Policy
Kells cannot direct bill any benefits or insurance for missed appointments or late cancel fees. The client is responsible for these charges. Kells maintains a 24-hour cancellation and missed appointment policy that is reviewed upon intake and signed in your initial session. Cancellation within the 24-hour appointment window is 50% of a session fee aside from instances of an emergency or severe weather. Missed appointments with no notice are the full session fee.
