Chantel (she/her) knows that life can be hard, and she believes everyone is doing their best! She firmly believes that using psychology as a tool can help us all on our healing journey. Chantel’s outlook is that counselling can be a way people manage the hard things life throws at them.

More About Chantel

Chantel obtained her Master of Counselling degree at the University of Lethbridge. Additionally, Chantel completed her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology through the University of Alberta and earned a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Assessment at Concordia University in Edmonton. She supports her clients in using skills they already have and supports them in developing new ones too. It is Chantel’s hope that she can help clients to see their potential, recognize their strengths, and grow. In her free time, Chantel is learning how to use Photoshop to digitize her artwork. Chantel’s favorite quote is “The flower that bloomed in adversity is the most rare and beautiful of all.” (Mulan)
