More About Emily

Emily Peters received a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the University of North Dakota. She also holds a Graduate Diploma in Psychological Assessment from Concordia University, Edmonton, and a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Alberta. Her thesis research through the Honors program earned an Award of Excellence from the Canadian Psychological Association. Emily is a registered provisional psychologist. She is willing to work with clients who require regular reports (e.g., MVA, WCB, first responder). Emily believes anyone can benefit from psychological services because it is an opportunity for connection. She believes that real connection can have a transformative impact. Clients can show up as they are and feel seen and heard while they share their life experiences. She puts judgment aside as she helps clients navigate life’s struggles and healing journey. Outside of work, Emily likes to spend time with her dog, watch films, and explore new creative outlets.
